Mick Flannigan DON'T create new communities!
Any new development around here needs extensive provision of new roads, hospitals, free car parks, additional bus and train services, new schools, etc, etc. I really don't see any of this materialising, due to lack of funds and lack of space.
In most areas of Walton, domestic water pressure is ridiculously low as it is.

Deleted User Doctors, schools, roads. Congestion on the local roads is increasing almost daily. 05 Jan 2017 19:32
Deleted User Schools, both primary and secondary are already overcrowded, unless you plan to build a new school there will literally be no room for all the students. The only close primary school is Royal Kent, which is already overcrowded, having to have new buildings built in order to accommodate the slow increase in students over the last twenty years. The nearest secondary schools are already fought over with many students not getting into the three main schools in the area, and having to travel miles to go to a sub par school. 06 Jan 2017 08:43
Deleted User Roads and traffic flow need to be improved. 06 Jan 2017 09:27
FEDORA (David Cooke) Elmbridge should not develop the 3 key areas. We need the green spaces and the infrastructure is inadequate, particularly roads. 06 Jan 2017 13:27
Deleted User School.s rail and road improvements. Capacity is a huge proble, and adding to the current I should not really going to solve the issue. Our schools are growing too large, we need more schools and redistribute day ones to save on school traffic. 08 Jan 2017 09:54
