Deleted User In an ideal world yes, but we still need to meet our requirements to provide enough housing. It is better to provide higher density housing in new areas where people moving in will know what they are moving to, than in existing areas where it will change the environment for people currently living here and could devalue their property. 10 Jan 2017 17:22
