A Littler Mixed residential/retail/small business developments are the norm in many other countries in Europe and have proven successful.
Mixed residential/retail/small business developments are likely to draw the required talent/labour resources to the strategic employment areas in the Borough and do so in a more affordable manner. This could also reduce dependence on the car to get to the workplace.
