Place-making and the continued success of well designed, well-functioning places is fundamental to developing a growth strategy for the borough. What are the key characteristics that make your area a great place to live? (Maximum 500 characters)

Why does the Borough need a growth strategy it is congested already and there is inadequate infrastructure and space for it with significant urbanaisation. Quality of life and the rural and arborial environment.

What changes would you like to see in the borough over the next 15 years? (Maximum 500 characters)

Improved infrastructure better use of brown field sites and very limited development beyond the existing built environment.

Option 1-intensify urban area
Option 2-optimise urban area and 3 area of Green Belt release
Option 3-optimise urban area and large Green Belt release
Option 4-optimise urban area
Option 5-optimise urban area and small areas of Green Belt release

Optimisation of surface car parks, in the borough and permit moderate density on them. There is adequate capacity in repurposing areas to meet a target of 9500 dwellings. At hospitals, at food stores, railway stations, at race tracks, at local parking areas and alternative use of brown field sites and industrial sites.

Yes you are trying to force a solution based on a limited range of options in relation to proposals which don`t appear thought out so as to avid increased urbanisation.
