Chris Liddiard It is obvious that there is agreement that we need more smaller homes , whilst maintaining green belt boundaries for the future of our borough. it is also clear that house prices are at the top end , i think the consultation should investigate every conceivable way of maximizing brown field / urban sites for high density development. also we need the infrastructure to cope with the above so as not to lose the character of Elmbridge. i dont think
the consultation fully focuses on the importance of the need to maximise all options and seems to fall back on green belt as an easy alternaternative.

Julia Hughes Roads and infrastructure need to be improved. 19 Aug 2019 18:20
Karon Kerr These are not suitable options - residents who have already suffered massive development seem to have more on the way and those who have largely escaped seem to do so again. 19 Aug 2019 20:32
Andrew Broadbent The timing of the consultation is a little strange - when most people are away on holiday. 19 Aug 2019 20:39
Dan Robinson Try and think post Brexit and the real needs of the area. Things are about to change significantly and the consultation is based on figures posted before the decision to leave the EU. 19 Aug 2019 21:02
Richard Kirchner Why did it have to be done during the peak holiday period. A cynical move to lower the response rate. 19 Aug 2019 21:14
Maxine Snell It appears the consultation is nothing more than a tick box exercise - none of the issues and concerns raised in the 2016 consultation have been addressed the options have been repackaged and presented again - shame on you for trying to destroy our community. You must robustly address and respond to the very real concerns and issues raised - you have failed to do so with this proposal. 19 Aug 2019 22:05
