A Uea Claygate is a distinctive village like no other in Elmbridge, surrounded by green belt, farms and woodlands with a huge variety of trees; excellent access to open spaces with loads of footpaths and bridle paths. Allotments within the urban part of the village provide a real community spirit, as do the local volunteers that support many of the local charities, events and communal assets. Good local schools. Buildings are proportionate in height and scale to others. 30 Sep 2019 21:45
