The Local Development Framework (LDF) Team are responsible for preparing the Elmbridge LDF.
The LDF at Elmbridge will comprise the following documents
- Statement of Community Involvement
- Sustainability Appraisal Framework
- Core Strategy Development Plan Document
- Land Allocations Development Plan Document
- Sustainable Design Supplementary Planning Document
- Planning Obligations and Infrastructure Provision Supplementary Planning Document
These will be prepared in accordance with the Local Development Scheme, which is a rolling three year timetable.
