This is where you can access current and previous consultation papers regarding work on the Local Development Framework (LDF).
Recent consultations have focused on the Core Strategy, which is the most important document in the Borough’s LDF setting out the overarching strategy for future development in the Borough up to 2026. Please see the Planning Policy Home Page for further information on the LDF and Core Strategy.
You can read current and previous consultations on the Core Strategy and view submitted comments without having to log on above. Just click the consultation title below, which will take you to another web page that summarises the consultation and then click the blue title: Read document and view comments. Throughout the consultation paper are tabs that show how many people have commented on a particular consultation point. If you click these tabs you can view all the comments and read any attached files.
If you would like to make comments on current or future consultations you can register your details by clicking on the Login/Register button on the tool bar above. This will allow you to manage your account and submit your comments.
IMPORTANT NOTE: we are in the process of updating our database and have asked consultees to check their details are correct, fill out an additional information sheet and agree to the terms and conditions. In order to do this, please log in by pressing the golden key and Login/ Register button on the above toolbar. There is a reminder facility if you have forgotten your log in details.
