1939 (Elizabeth Ann) Green Belt was set up to prevent urban sprawl and to provide a healthy environment between towns and villages, not only for the population but also for our valuable wildlife and their habitat. Creative design should be used to maximise the opportunity around these areas.

A S Cooper I cannot overstate the importance to living in Elmbridge of its green, open, leafy spaces on which the community can look and in which it can walk, breathe and relax. I would oppose any plan to compromise this and would support any council plan to preserve this state. 08 Feb 2017 11:15
